Clif Blueberry Crisp Energy Bar is crafted to provide sustained energy during athletic performance. Carbohydrates from fast digesting sources, like sugar, are included to provide the moving athlete energy quickly. We also include carbohydrates from more slowly digested sources like oats to provide more sustained energy. They also contain Vitamins B6 and B12 which contribute to the normal release of energy for use in the body. CLIF Bar uses whole ingredients you can see and taste such as organic rolled oats and organic dates.
